Prime Tower Designs is the 3D design line of The Brunswick Workshop LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us," or "Prime Tower Designs"). These terms cover the use of this website and the purchase and use of our products, designs, and digital files. By using the site or buying a product, design, or file, you agree to them.
Unless otherwise noted, our products are digital designs or files intended to be printed by the customer, not finished physical objects.
License and permitted use
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, our products, designs, and files are licensed to you for personal use only. This includes printing them for yourself and giving printed pieces as gifts.
You may not resell the files, share or redistribute the files or their contents, or use the designs for any commercial purpose. All intellectual property rights in the designs and files remain with The Brunswick Workshop LLC. Buying a file does not transfer ownership of the design. You're welcome to modify the files for your own personal use, but you may not redistribute or commercially use modified or derivative versions.
Commercial use, including selling prints or using a design in an escape room, exhibit, or other commercial setting, requires a separate commercial license. To arrange one, contact us.
You may not cast, mold, or mass-produce prints without our written permission.
We may pursue takedowns or other appropriate action against unauthorized sharing, distribution, or commercial use.
Refunds
If you're not happy with a digital file or design, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right. When a refund is appropriate, it will be handled through the original purchase channel, such as the marketplace, payment provider, or merchant of record that processed your order. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
As-is, and your responsibility for prints
Products, designs, and digital files are provided as is. You are responsible for printing, assembling, storing, and using the resulting objects safely, and for making sure anything you print complies with the laws, safety standards, age-grading, and labeling rules that apply where you are. Some designs may use separately sourced parts, such as magnets, LEDs, glow sticks, bearings, or other components. You are responsible for selecting appropriate parts, installing them securely, and using the finished object safely.
Our products and designs are not certified as children's products and are not compliance-tested. A 3D-printed object can have small parts, sharp edges, magnets, or other hazards depending on how it is printed, assembled, and used. Prints that include small magnets or other small parts should not be used by young children and should be kept away from children and pets who might swallow them. Use good judgment, inspect prints and installed parts regularly, and provide adult supervision where appropriate.
Photos and videos
Product photos and videos are provided to show the design, effect, and general appearance of our products. Actual appearance and visibility of optical effects may vary based on room lighting, light source, filament color, print settings, viewing angle, and other factors. Demo media may be exposure-, color-, or contrast-adjusted for clarity.
Some marketing images may use AI-assisted editing tools for background replacement, lighting, cleanup, or presentation. When we use those tools, our intent is to preserve the model's proportions, geometry, and visible functional details.
Because photos and videos can only approximate the in-person effect, free sample files are offered for many products so you can evaluate models and effects directly before purchasing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Brunswick Workshop LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the use of our products, designs, files, prints, resulting objects, components, or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may add, change, or discontinue products, designs, files, tools, and features at any time. Anything described as upcoming or "coming soon" is not a promise of a specific feature or date. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the site and fill orders.
When you contact us, we receive your message and the email address or details you provide, so we can reply. When you buy a product, design, or file, our checkout provider collects your payment and contact details to process the purchase and deliver your files; payment card details are handled by that provider, not stored by us.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic website usage and performance, such as page views, referrers, browser type, approximate location, and page load performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to track individual visitors.
We use this information to respond to you, fulfill and support orders, and operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment and hosting providers, and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
